Community impact
A festival weekend is two days. The benefit — jobs, vendor income, tourism spending, community pride — lasts much longer.
Job creation
Each festival creates 10–15 temporary roles plus 3–4 paid coordinator positions — technicians, stagehands, security, hospitality and event staff hired locally.
Local vendor support
70–80% of vendors and performers at every event are Canadian, with deliberate outreach to minority- and women-owned small businesses.
Multicultural inclusion
Five or more cultural communities take part in each festival — with accessible facilities, multilingual signage and discounted community tickets.
Tourism contribution
Festivals pull visitors into host cities — and visitor spending flows to hotels, restaurants, transport and local attractions around every event weekend.
Sustainability
A 70% waste-diversion target, refill water stations, paperless ticketing and local sourcing keep each festival’s footprint small.
Volunteer & youth engagement
Structured volunteer programs with universities and community groups build skills, references and civic pride for hundreds of participants.
Our commitment
Festivals that give more than they take
We design every event around Canada’s public priorities: multicultural inclusion, accessible participation, environmental responsibility and local economic development. Impact isn’t a by-product of our festivals — it is the brief.
After each event we publish results to our municipal and sponsor partners: attendance, jobs created, vendor sales, waste diverted and community participation — so every stakeholder can see exactly what the festival delivered.
Volunteer with us
Students and community members: gain event experience, training and a reference — and help your community celebrate.
